What to Expect When You Choose Vanguard Plumbing and Drains

If you don’t see what you need listed on our site and are looking for an estimate, please text our office with details and pictures for an estimate.

Text Messages

Once your job is scheduled you will receive a confirmation text with the date and time of your job.

You will also receive a text to notify you when your technician is on his way, and a final text message once your job has been completed.

**These are automatic messages sent from our scheduling system. If you have a question or comment please Do Not Respond to that message, but instead text or call our office at (760)847-1533.

Upon Arrival

An experienced technician will arrive at your home in a van clearly labeled as Vanguard Plumbing & Drains.

Please have an adult who is aware of the plumbing needed, available to go over the requested work with your plumbing technician. The plumber may have questions or have things to show you as the work progresses. In order to provide you with the best service please be available to discuss the plumbers findings and review your repair options with him throughout your job.

If you have not yet received an estimate then one will be provided before work begins.

Payment is due upon receipt. We accept cash, credit and checks.

Once our work is complete we will email you your receipt including a description of work performed and any recommendations made by your plumbing technician.
